Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and general HR support
Assist in resolving workplace issues, including participation in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
Monitor employee attendance and ensure proper adherence to shift schedules
Collaborate with payroll to validate timekeeping and attendance records
Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
