Job summary

LINKSERVE SOLUTIONS BPO INC. in Batangas City is seeking an HR Staff to handle payroll timesheets, onboarding/offboarding, and government benefits administration.

You will work with the HR Head on planning, policy development, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring smooth communication and timely data management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Psychology or HRM, at least 1 year of HR experience, strong integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM or equivalent
• 1+ year experience as HR Staff
• High level of integrity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Solid time management
• Able to deal with people at all levels
• Creative writing ability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
• Adaptable to change and set priorities as needed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Word intermediate, Excel basic)
• Experience processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Responsibilities

• Process timesheets for payroll
• Monitor and process employee government requirements and benefits
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Use quality monitoring data management system to track performance
• Assist HR Head in organizational and space planning and analyses
• Collaborate with HR Head on data for performance management systems
• Participate in regulatory compliance and reporting
• Contribute to policy development and documentation
• Support employee relationship management programs
• Enhance company-employee communication
• Support safety, welfare, and wellness programs
• Monitor formats and quality standards
• Manage HR software for employee lifecycle data
• Participate in management meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
