Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an HR professional focused on Employee Engagement to plan and execute activities that boost camaraderie and teamwork. You will partner with departments to identify improvements, build strong relationships with leadership, and manage timelines for events.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1 year of engagement HR experience, excellent English, and strong organizational skills. Remote work with reliable internet is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Employee Engagement or HR functions.
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work with a team and handle confidential information.
• WFH capability with reliable internet connectivity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
