Job summary

WERT PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the salary and compensation database, prepare payroll inputs, and validate attendance-related adjustments.

You will administer SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and related benefits, while overseeing HMO and company benefits. The role includes processing salary adjustments, promotions, and employee movements, maintaining salary grades and benchmarking against market data, and ensuring pay equity.

• Maintain salary and compensation database.
• Prepare/validate payroll inputs.
• Validate attendance-related payroll adjustments.
• Administer SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and related statutory benefits.
• Manage HMO and company benefits.
• Process approved salary adjustments, promotions and employee movements.
• Maintain salary grades/ranges.
• Support salary benchmarking.
• Monitor internal pay equity.
• Prepare compensation analyses.
• Coordinate final-pay information with Finance.
• Reconcile benefits/payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
