We are seeking a highly a highly motivated and experienced Asst. Relationship Manager with HR Experience to join our Dynamic Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing RELATIONSHIPS with both Internal and External Parties of the Company. This would include a FOCUS on Employee Relations, conducting analytics, and generating reports on time and expense, among other things. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and support our team.
Responsibilities
- Protect the interest of the Company and its affiliated entities by effectively managing both internal and external relationships.
- Manage Relationships with : (Clients, Vendors/Suppliers, Employees as well as prospective applicants)
- Conduct regular meetings to understand their needs and provide support and maintain a Relationship Database to log and track past, and on-going evolving issues.
- Prepare and Analyze time and expense reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
- Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations and monitor key dates and schedule
- Recruiting for various positions for the company, including but not limited to, managing online recruiting apps, posting job opportunities, developing compensation and benefit packages and relates market research
- On-Boarding and Off Boarding New and Terminated Employees, including contract reviews and conducting background checks
- On-Boarding and Off Boarding Clients, including contract review, account reconciliation and client acceptance reviews
- Serve as First Contact for employees, suppliers, and clients, troubleshooting any issues including URGENT MATTERS
- Urgent Matters may include responding and troubleshooting issues outside normal working hours, in the event of an EMERGENCY.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years' of client relationship experience
- Proven experience in employee relations, human resources, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong Analytical skills and with the ability to interpret and present data effectively IS A PLUS
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Is a self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
