Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees and assist HR Supervisor in conceptualizing the department's over-all plans and programs.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
Contribute to training program development for staff at Makati Sports Club, Inc.
Ensure that the daily activities of the human resources relating to staffing, recruitment, training and other HR related activities has been monitored according to plans and programs.
Attends employees complaints and maintains employees records.
Responsible for verifying employee attendance such as time schedule, day-off, leave, and secure that this has been approved at the end of the cut-off/pay period prior to encoding to the payroll system.
Prepares R & F payroll and other HR related report.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
