Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp, based in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to coordinate interview processes, screen candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment within an RPO framework. You’ll source globally, engage stakeholders, and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to global sourcing and RPO environments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and global talent markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate assessments, and feedback follow-ups with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring status.
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates from global talent pools using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment within an RPO framework, aligned with client requirements and SLAs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role specifications, market conditions, and recruitment timelines.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess fit, availability, and salary expectations.
• Utilize ATS, databases, and other sourcing tools to manage candidate data.
• Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity initiatives, and data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities
