Job summary

Eaton is a global power management company seeking a Supervisor for the GHRSS service team in the Philippines. The role focuses on frontline operational excellence, quality control, and workforce engagement, aligning with the GHRSS Manager and tower functions.

You will coach and develop staff, drive process improvements, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR shared services or operations.
• Experience leading teams in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the GHRSS onboarding, hourly offer, and global mobility teams.
• Manage workflow distribution, prioritize workloads, and monitor KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex, sensitive cases in onboarding, hourly offers, and mobility.
• Provide coaching and development support to team members to drive excellence and engagement.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
