Job summary

Eaton Corporation is hiring a GHRSS Subject Matter Expert to support the WFA Americas HR Services team from Tanauan, Batangas. The SME will train, audit quality, coach peers, and maintain process documentation while aligning with SLA commitments.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR/shared services, strong communication, and proficiency with HRMS, ATS, and case management tools. Hybrid work 3x weekly and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, customer service, or shared services.
• Working knowledge of US labor laws related to recruitment, disability management, compensation and benefits, and data privacy.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools including HRMS, Case Management Systems, ATS, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage high work volumes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexible to rotate across HR Services workstreams and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for process-related activities and onboarding.
• Support training, quality audits, peer coaching, and documentation reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR services.
• Ensure timely completion of work per SLA commitments.
• Monitor daily controls and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Review findings and update processes and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training materials for process sessions.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and deployments.
• Create and update process documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform transactional activities within scope (~30% of role).
