Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Tanauan, Batangas is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Human Resources to support the WFA Americas team. The role focuses on process expertise, onboarding activities, training, quality audits, and continuous improvement within HR services.

You will rotate across HR workstreams, handle high volumes with accuracy, and work a night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM) in a hybrid setting (3 days on-site per week). Bachelor's degree required; 2–3 years in HR or shared services preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or a Shared Services environment.
• Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations related to recruitment, disability management, compensation and benefits, and data privacy.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRMS, Case Management Systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to manage high work volumes while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Demonstrated initiative and collaboration skills, including a willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
• Flexibility to rotate across various HR Services workstreams based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely completion of all scheduled work in accordance with SLA commitments.
• Monitor daily operational controls and elevate issues or risks as appropriate.
• Review control findings and recommend updates to processes and procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials for process-related sessions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and team deployments.
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive process excellence through efficiency improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct quality audits and provide peer-to-peer coaching to support performance and development.
• Perform transactional activities within scope, accounting for approximately 30% of the role.

What you'll do:
