Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in HR shared services or HR operations.
• Proven leadership and mentoring in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, offers, and global mobility processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and KPIs/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of GHRSS Onboarding, Hourly Offer, and Global Mobility teams to ensure timely, compliant HR processes.
• Manage workload distribution, monitor productivity, and track KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across processes.
• Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive HR issues related to onboarding and mobility.
• Coach and develop team members to improve service delivery and engagement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
