Job summary

Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila seeks an HRSS Supervisor to lead a team of HR Generalists delivering Tier 2 HR support across multiple geographies. You will partner with COEs, HRBPs, and stakeholders to ensure accurate case resolution and strong employee experience.

You will oversee performance reviews, policy guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a service-excellence culture and collaboration across HR functions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and policies.
• Experience handling tier-2 HR support and case management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of HR Generalists across geographies.
• Manage tier-2 HR cases ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.

As an HRSS Supervisor you’ll play a critical leadership role in delivering an exceptional employee and manager experience through a global HR delivery model. This position leads a team of HR Generalists responsible for providing Tier 2 HR support, managing escalations, and partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and operational stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists supporting employees and leaders across multiple geographies.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer service excellence.

• Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and talent planning activities.

• Build team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and process standardization.

• Oversee Tier 2 HR case management, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution of inquiries.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex and sensitive employee relations, policy, and HR operational matters.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between HR Helpdesk (Tier 1), HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and COEs.

• Monitor service levels, workload distribution, and operational performance to maintain high-quality service delivery.

• Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to support organizational effectiveness and workforce needs.

• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and best practices.

• Support organizational changes, role design discussions, and change management activities.

• Contribute insights and recommendations that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

• Analyze service metrics, case trends, and escalation data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead and support initiatives that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality.

• Drive adoption of HR technologies, self-service solutions, and knowledge management practices.

• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the HR Enablement function.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Generalist roles, with a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and case management.
