Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Administer ServiceCentral resolutions and HR systems support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.
• Participate in ad hoc HR and office-wide projects.
• Follow GHRS processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency with leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and privacy of employee information.
• Monitor team tasks and accurately track completion.
• Develop HR process mapping and design improvements.
