Job summary

Comrise is seeking an HR Shared Services professional to manage day-to-day GHRS operations, maintain employee records, and support HR and office-wide projects. You will ensure data accuracy, privacy, and adherence to defined processes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to rotating shifts and North America hours while collaborating with HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations, ensuring adherence to processes.
• Administer ServiceCentral resolutions based on assigned access and HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.
• Participate in ad hoc HR and office-wide projects.
• Ensure data privacy and accuracy in HR records.
• Assist in monitoring workload and process improvements.
