Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing in Metro Manila. You will ensure timely and accurate salary runs, review tax computations, and stay compliant with government regulations while supporting a growing payroll team.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, SAP payroll knowledge, and strong Excel and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.

• 3+ years leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Experience using SAP for payroll execution.
• Knowledge of payroll tax rules and statutory contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements
• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
• At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
• SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution

Core Competencies

• Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
• Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
