Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and processend-to-end payrollaccurately and within established timelines.
• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and applicable government regulations.
• Lead and support the payroll team in daily operations.

• At least3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Hands-on experience usingSAPas a working tool within payroll execution.
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong understanding ofpayroll compliance, including BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
• Experience inpayroll controls, audits, and timeline management.
• Proficient inMS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
