CloudPay Asia is seeking an Associate Payroll Onboarding Consultant to help onboard clients onto our global payroll platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to configure solutions and support payroll project delivery, ensuring a smooth client journey.

You will contribute to the setup of new clients worldwide and draw on your payroll, HRIS, or business systems implementation experience. Training and growth are provided in a people-focused tech environment.

Qualifications

• Good experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation.
• Solid experience in support, configuration, or implementation of business applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Interest and ability to learn new business applications and related capabilities as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks for customers on time.
• Provide payroll-related support to customers, covering holidays or emergencies.
• Identify business and technical needs to ensure a quality user experience.
• Configure, test and implement solutions in line with global requirements.
• Support ICs during system setup and testing within projects.
• Provide status updates to Reporting Manager.
• Provide status updates to Project Leads.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
• Support best practice with a 'can do' attitude.

Associate Payroll Onboarding Consultant to help onboard new clients onto our cutting-edge global payroll platform.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a "white glove" experience, ensuring that every client journey is smooth, consistent, and successful. You'll collaborate across teams to configure solutions, support payroll project delivery, and contribute to the seamless setup of new clients worldwide.

You'll receive support and training as you grow into a true implementation expert.

Main responsibilities

• Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks as part of the payroll processing on behalf of customers, on time and accurately
• Provide support to customers on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies
• Identify and consider both the business and technical needs of customers with the goal of providing a quality and consistent user experience
• Configure, execute, test and implement the designed solution, in alignment with global requirements
• Provide support to Implementation Consultants (IC's) in performing designated activities related to system setup and testing within the project delivery
• Provide regular status updates to Reporting Manager
• Provide regular status updates to Project Leads
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
• Supporting best practice and excellence with a 'can do' attitude
