You will master course content, develop materials, act as SME, and support solution-area questions while maintaining certifications. The role operates in a hybrid setup at Quezon Cyberpark, with mid‑shift hours and weekends off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Train in blended learning environment (ILT, V-ILT, Social Learning).
• Mastery of course content and courseware; certification as appropriate.
• Develop content as needed.
• Demonstrate specialist knowledge in curricula areas.
• Provide input during course development as SME.
• Set-up and break-down classroom environment including labs.
• Conduct assessments and pre/post-training exams as required.
• Mentor others in obtaining certifications and quality improvement.
• May provide pre-sales guidance on training content and duration.
