IROCK ELECTRONIC PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior HR Executive with strong KPI and Performance Management expertise to drive the company’s performance framework. You will develop, monitor, and improve KPIs across the organization, working with management to ensure clarity, measurability, and alignment with business goals.
You will also support recruitment, payroll coordination, training, HR administration, and employee engagement while building KPI dashboards and HR reports for ongoing analysis.
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong KPI and Performance Management expertise to drive the company's performance management framework. The key focus of this position is to develop, implement, monitor, analyse, and improve individual, departmental, and company KPIs. The successful candidate will work closely with Management and Department Heads to ensure that KPIs are clearly defined, measurable, aligned with business objectives, and effectively implemented. The role will also support general HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, HR administration, and employee engagement.
Work closely with Management and Department Heads to establish company, departmental, and individual KPIs
Translate company business objectives into clear and measurable employee KPIs
Review job responsibilities and establish appropriate KPIs for different positions
Develop KPI templates, measurement methods, targets, weightage, and scoring systems
Ensure employees clearly understand their KPIs, targets, and expected performance standards
Monitor KPI achievement on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Track actual performance against agreed targets and identify KPI gaps and underperformance
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review processes
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports
Analyse KPI achievement trends by employee, department, and business function
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong experience in KPI and Performance Management
Proven experience in KPI development, implementation, monitoring, scoring, and reporting
Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems
Experience in developing KPI dashboards and HR reports
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Ability to analyse performance data and identify trends and gaps
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with Management and Department Heads
