Job summary

IROCK ELECTRONIC PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior HR Executive with strong KPI and Performance Management expertise to drive the company’s performance framework. You will develop, monitor, and improve KPIs across the organization, working with management to ensure clarity, measurability, and alignment with business goals.

You will also support recruitment, payroll coordination, training, HR administration, and employee engagement while building KPI dashboards and HR reports for ongoing analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of HR experience with KPI and Performance Management.
• Proven experience in KPI development, implementation, monitoring, scoring, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems and KPI dashboards.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; able to identify trends and gaps.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with Management and Heads.

Responsibilities

• Establish company, department, and individual KPIs with management.
• Translate business objectives into clear, measurable KPIs.
• Review job responsibilities and set KPI targets per role.
• Develop KPI templates, measurement methods, targets, weightage, and scoring.
• Ensure employees understand their KPIs, targets, and standards.
• Monitor KPI achievement monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Track performance against targets and identify gaps.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual performance review processes.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and HR reports.
• Analyze KPI trends by employee, department, and function.
