Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. seeks a seasoned HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and plant HR administration in our Misamis Oriental facility. You will partner with plant heads to shape manpower plans and drive rewards programs that align with business goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, robust knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and the ability to implement HR policies, develop programs, and foster a culture of performance and engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 6 years of solid managerial HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• With at least 6 years of solid managerial experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
