RLG ELECTRO MECHANICAL TRADING CORP is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance with DOLE mandates. This role requires expertise in sourcing via local portals, timely salary disbursements, and strict adherence to labor laws for NCR roles in the Philippines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of relevant experience and a degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or Accounting, with strong MS Excel skills and payroll

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on recruitment, payroll, and DOLE experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, BA, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in payroll software/HRIS and advanced MS Excel.
• Familiar with Jobstreet and Indeed for sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and compute deductions (timekeeping, leaves, OT).
• Prepare DOLE reports and assist during inspections.
• Ensure statutory leaves and government remittances are accurate.
