The role will supervise recruitment activities, manage hiring priorities, and work closely with department heads to attract and secure qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has extensive recruitment experience within the FMCG industry, strong team leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive recruitment performance in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure the timely completion of hiring requirements across different departments.

• Lead and supervise the recruitment team, providing direction, coaching, and performance guidance.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing to candidate selection, job offers, and onboarding coordination.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish hiring timelines, and align recruitment priorities.

• Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various job levels.

• Manage recruitment pipelines for both high-volume and specialized positions.

• Monitor recruitment activities and team performance against established hiring targets and service-level agreements.

• Review recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience handling end-to-end recruitment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Background in recruiting for sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and recruitment delivery targets.

• Excellent team management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.
