Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably FMCG.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team-leading capacity.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment and managing multiple vacancies.
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, recruitment tools, and ATS.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Organized, results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure timely hiring across departments.
• Lead and supervise the recruitment team with coaching and performance guidance.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Manage pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Monitor activities and performance against targets and SLAs.
• Review reports and provide updates on progress and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, sourcing, and candidate experience.
• Build relationships with managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with internal recruitment policies.
