Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a seasoned recruiter in the Metro Manila area. The role covers end-to-end recruitment processes, posting job ads on portals, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of recruitment experience, is proficient in MS Applications, and can communicate fluently in English and Filipino. They should be a team player, fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in recruitment process.
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or Behavioral Sciences.
• Computer literate with MS Applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Knowledge in sourcing and recruitment.
• Fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player, flexible and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Carry out end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Post job advertisements on job search websites or recruitment portals.
• Schedule and organize candidate interviews.
• Conduct background checks.
• Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
• Maintain internal applicant database.
• Other tasks as assigned.
