Job summary

INVICTUS FOOD PRODUCT CORPORATION is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to build a network of qualified candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment. You will source applicants, screen and coordinate interviews, and help onboard new hires in a fast-paced food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop network of candidates and sources (barangays, schools, companies, media).
• Participate in job fairs and outdoor recruitment events.
• Draft and advertise job openings on career page and social media.
• Fill positions within the organization.
• Conduct initial and screening interviews of applicants.
• Arrange final interview times with department heads.
• Follow up on pre-employment requirements.
• Register new hires to biometrics and onboarding files.
• Brief new employees on core beliefs, vision and policies.
• Encode new hires to trainee monitoring file and status.
• Maintain manpower for high-turnover positions.
• Recommend recruitment strategies to HRRD Head.
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Other tasks assigned by HRDD head within HR scope.

• Developing own network of suitable candidates, initiate and maintain professional and cordial relations with sources of applicants as well as channels to reach them to reach them, i.e barangays, schools, related companies, mass media outlets, etc.
• Participate in job fairs and other outdoor recruitment events

• Conduct initial and screening interview of all applicants
• Arrange the time and date of final interview of the potential applicant based on the availability of concerned Department Heads/Officers
• Follow up or update the newly hired employees regarding their pre-employment requirements
• Register newly hired employees to the biometrics device
• Conduct pre-deployment briefing of the new employee regarding the company's Core Beliefs, Vision and Mission Statements, Policies and highlights of the Employee Handbook
• Encode the newly deployed employees to trainee monitoring file and succeeding status
• Maintain manpower for pooling of high turn over positions
• Recommend recruitment strategies to the HRRD Head
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Other task that may be assigned by the HRDD head within the scope of HRDD
