Home Credit Philippines is seeking a leader to drive HR process excellence, enabling efficiency and performance through optimization, automation and digitalization. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, coaching staff, and ensuring projects meet KPIs and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project management, data analytics and HR/financial services, with strong communication and change management skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project management, data analytics and HR-related work.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement with all levels.
• Excellent problem solving with practical, actionable solutions.
• Proven track record delivering projects in fast-paced environments.
• Energy and drive to promote and manage change.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Quality and results oriented with attention to detail.
• Good planning, organizing and meeting deadlines.
• Team player who collaborates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with HR functions to set priorities and design objectives.
• Train and coach team members in problem-solving and process design.
• Lead cross-functional teams on process improvement projects meeting KPIs.
• Conduct process audits and develop action plans.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with management on strategy for new initiatives.
• Manage projects to meet cost, resource and outcome expectations.
