Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of HR Digitization to lead transformation programs within the HR department, anticipate HR and tech trends including AI, and translate them into actionable HR strategies.

You will drive HR digitalization across programs, collaborate with COEs, manage project lifecycles, and deliver measurable impact while shaping a future-focused HR function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, and process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex HR initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR (e.g., talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement tools).
• Ability to anticipate HR and technology trends and translate them into strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience in Coaching and in HR Business Partnering
• Experience using Python, AI tools in HR

• Provide transparency and communication with project stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve issues while maintaining project budgets.
• Ensure HR transformation projects are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
