Home Credit Philippines seeks a senior HR leader to drive strategy, analytics, budgeting, and policy governance across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to translate data into actionable insights and build scalable HR programs.

The role oversees budgeting, headcount forecasting, governance of HR policies, and enterprise reporting, delivering executive dashboards and strategic recommendations to support growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing managers of managers.
• Experience translating strategy into field execution playbooks.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, dashboards).
• Proven leadership in performance management.
• Experience with cash loan products.
• Exposure to large, distributed sales networks.
• Experience working with Risk, Credit, and Product teams.
• Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and workforce analytics to align with business goals.
• Oversee HR budget, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational insights, and scenario planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, manuals, and guidelines.
• Prepare executive HR dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Identify HR risks and opportunities through trend analysis and predictive insights.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives and enterprise-wide workforce projects.
• Advise senior leadership on people-related business decisions.
