Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related business experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small Operations Support team (up to 10) and delegate tasks.
• Provide training, monitor quality and performance, and give feedback.
• Analyze operations data to make evaluative judgments and solve problems.
• Identify and resolve routine issues affecting the broader department.
• Identify hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing.
• Act as a backup for the manager when needed.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Serve as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and communicate risk and compliance expectations.
