USA-MiniMed Distribution Corp. 1018 is seeking an HR Generalist / Employee Relations Specialist in the Philippines to support employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance. You will partner with managers to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining policy compliance.

The role covers investigations, disciplinary processes, workforce planning, and HR operations, with opportunities to influence engagement initiatives within a global diabetes-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Strong communication, investigation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.

About the Role

The HR Generalist / Employee Relations Specialist partners with managers and employees to support employee relations, performance management, labor law compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role serves as a key HR contact for people-related concerns and helps ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace investigations.
• Prepare disciplinary documentation (NTEs, notices, warnings, administrative hearing documents, and decision letters).
• Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with due process and labor law requirements.

HR Business Partnering

• Advise managers on employee relations, attendance, conduct, and performance concerns.
• Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management

• Monitor probationary employees and facilitate regularization reviews.
• Support performance improvement and development plans.
• Partner with managers on employee coaching and performance discussions.

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Support audits, employee documentation, and HR reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records and case documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
