MiniMed is seeking a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist to transform the customer journey in our Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. You will define impact, enable knowledge transfer, and drive process changes across a global, multi-country team in a hybrid Manila, Philippines setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating current OTD&I processes, researching new trends, and delivering governance, maps, and documentation to improve efficiency and cost-to-serve

Mansioni

• Evaluate current B2B and B2C order-to-delivery and invoicing (OTD&I) processes to identify opportunities for improvements and standardization.
• Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies for potential implementation.
• Design and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Implement process governance, process maps, quality documentation and continuous improvements for the OTD&I processes.
• Be a change management partner for stakeholders during transitions and projects.
