Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced HR Plans and Programs Supervisor to lead development, implementation and evaluation of HR plans and programs aligned with organisational objectives.

You will design and monitor HR strategies, policies and procedures, administer employee engagement, retention and development initiatives, and coordinate training programs for the workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR plans and programs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
