Hospitality Innovators, Inc. is seeking an HR Officer at its Corporate Office in Alabang to coordinate recruitment, manage employee relations, and support performance management across hotels and condominiums.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment efforts across the Corporate Office and Condominium Corp managed by HII, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently.
• Work with hotel the Directors/Managers and/or Property Heads to identify hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Oversee the recruitment process for senior and key positions, including interview processes, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Act as a point of contact for all employee-related issues across the properties managed by the company.
• Resolve conflicts and grievances between employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by fostering open communication and teamwork.
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance across various hotels.
• Support Directors/Managers and/or Property Heads in providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing underperforming employees.
• Assist in setting performance goals and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Assist in development of training materials and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and industry standards.
• Promote leadership development programs and ensure staff receive continuous learning opportunities.
• Ensure employee benefits are managed effectively, including health insurance, vacation policies, and bonuses.
• Assist in the review and update HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
• Assist in employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and use results to improve work culture.
• Promote employee recognition programs and reward top performers.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation for Corporate Office Employees and Condo Corp Employees.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for senior management.
• Support the HR Director/Manager with strategic planning and budgeting for HR functions.
• Perform other related duties as required or needed.
