Job summary

Jiayou Forwarding Postal Services OPC in Quezon City is seeking a payroll specialist with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll, ensure statutory contributions, and stay compliant with local laws.

You will coordinate with HR and Finance, handle government reports, and maintain accurate payroll records using payroll software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of payroll calculations and statutory contributions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate payroll for all employees.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure accurate computation of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit required government reports and contributions on time.
• Assist in audits related to payroll and employee benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including attendance, leave, and personnel changes.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Use payroll software or HRIS systems for efficient processing and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to increase payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, leave accruals, and other compensations.
