Job summary

Tasty Habit is seeking an HR Officer to manage recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations and HR administration in our Philippines team. You will help hire employees, administer compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Key duties include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, processing payroll, handling employee welfare, maintaining records, and providing HR reporting to management, while supporting a safe and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations and HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies; manage postings, screening, interviews and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and training for new hires.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Maintain employee records, benefits and deductions; submit government contributions.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labour laws and policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases; handle confidential information with discretion.
