Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and screening of front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees.
• Assure compliance with labor laws and manage employee concerns.
• Generate weekly analytics reports for management review.
• Support training logistics and coordinate uniform distribution.
