Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking an HR/Administration professional to support Palm Oil Plantation/Mill operations across the Philippines. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, timekeeping, training, and performance management in coordination with Corporate HR.

It also handles calendars, travel arrangements, events, and reports for plantation managers and regional leaders. Responsibilities include onboarding, probationary evaluations, offboarding, and DOLE inspection support,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR/admin role.
• Willing to be assigned in Agusan Del Sur, Philippines.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR duties: talent acquisition, employee relations, timekeeping, training and performance reports with coordination to Corporate HR.
• Manage outsourced attendance audits and communications with agencies/partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews with hiring managers, and orientation for new hires.
• Support performance management: evaluations, memos, and approvals with HR Business Partner coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks: travel bookings, meetings, events, and budget planning.
• Assist in DOLE inspections and preparation of reports.
