Lead Logistics Innovations, Inc. is seeking an HR & Admin Specialist in Metro Manila who will oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Sprout Payroll and a solid understanding of Philippine payroll laws and regulatory requirements. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain confidential employee records, and serve as a trusted advisor on workplace policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, psychology, accounting, or related field.
At least 2 years of progressive HR experience.
Hands-on experience with Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll processes and statutory requirements.
Experience with Sprout Payroll is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance, schedules, leaves, overtime, and HR data in HRIS.
Manage Sprout Payroll System, payroll configurations, and HR records.
Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and government contributions.
Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and generate payroll reports.
Prepare bank payroll disbursement files and related documents.
Administer 13th-month pay, benefits, and government contributions.
Serve as primary HR contact for employees on policies and concerns.
Maintain confidential 201 files and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Prepare BIR Form 2316 and other tax-related reports.

Job description

The HR & Admin Specialist is responsible for managing key HR functions, particularly Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Relations, employee records, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, benefits, attendance, payroll, and statutory requirements while supporting positive employee relations and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Philippine regulations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance, schedules, leaves, overtime, disputes, salary adjustments, and other HR-related data in the HRIS

Manage and maintain the Sprout Payroll Management System, ensuring accurate employee master data, payroll configurations, attendance integration, and HR records

Process and validate monthly payroll, including basic salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, holiday pay, leave conversions, bonuses, and government contributions

Ensure accurate payroll processing through Sprout Payroll Management, including payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, and payroll reports

Prepare and validate bank payroll disbursement files and supporting payroll documentation

Manage and administer 13th-month pay, bonuses, salary increases, leave conversions, SSS benefits, final pay, HMO and insurance billings, and other employee benefits

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, HR policies, employment matters, and employee-related issues

Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally, objectively, and confidentially, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-through

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and 201 files

Prepare and validate BIR Form 2316 and other applicable government and tax-related reports

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with hands‑on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Employee Relations

Hands‑on experience with Sprout Payroll Management System is required or highly preferred

Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll processes, compensation and benefits, and statutory contributions

Working knowledge of Philippine taxation, withholding tax, taxable and non‑taxable compensation, and annualization of compensation and income tax

Experience handling employee relations, grievances, workplace concerns, disciplinary documentation, employee investigations, and HR case management

Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies, particularly those relating to employee relations and disciplinary processes

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other HR/payroll reporting tools

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential information
