Job summary

Winford Manila Resort and Casino is seeking a detail‑oriented HR/payroll professional responsible for coordinating company and government-mandated benefits, payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and final pay processing. The role involves preparing HR reports, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely processing of benefits and payroll while collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration of company and government-manded benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Review and monitor remittance of SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth contributions and employee loan payments.
• Coordinate and monitor employee enrollment and coverage under HMO and other applicable insurance benefits.
• Communicate benefits policies, guidelines and procedures to employees and assist with benefits-related concerns.
• Ensure proper collection, completion and filing of HMO-signed dependent forms and related documents.
• Coordinate with HMO providers for employee benefit enrollment and updates.
• Coordinate and review payroll preparation and related payroll files to support accurate employee salary computation.
• Review employee earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate payroll processing and resolve discrepancies and employee concerns.
• Oversee, prepare and maintain BIR Form 1601-C for withholding tax on compensation.
• Ensure accurate tax deductions and compliance with regulations such as 2316 filing.
• Oversee and review final pay computations, including prorated salary, leave conversions and deductions.
• Ensure timely release of final pay for separated employees.
• Maintain trackers and reports related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee compensation information.
• Assist in preparing HR reports as required by management.
• Make recommendations for process improvement and facilitate implementation of new processes to avoid errors.
