RUA Seguridad Corp. is seeking an HR & OD Manager to oversee organization development and lead the HR & OD team in Quezon City. The role focuses on building effective HR structures, driving culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in HR functions, with at least 3 years in Organization Development, and strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in various HR functions, supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data-driven, analytical, and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The HR & OD Manager is in charge of overall Organization Development, as well as leading and managing the HRA & OD Team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes, implements, and develops HR structures that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. These structures may address the following HR facets: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, among others.
• Conducts organizational diagnosis in order to come up with sound interventions and recommendations.
• Acts as a change agent for the company to build a strong workplace culture
• Acts as a strategic partner to support individual teams to achieve business objectives
