Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Optimization Lead – HR Operations to drive process improvement across global HR functions, supporting Manila, Dalian, Gurugram, and Warsaw. You will design scalable solutions, lead high-impact projects, and partner with HR leaders and technology stakeholders.

The role requires Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and experience implementing AI-enabled HR workflows, with a focus on employee and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years progressive experience in Process Improvement/Operational Excellence/PM, incl. HR context.
• 3+ years in HR Operations; cross-functional improvement track record.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations process improvements across service centers.
• Manage multiple projects with charters, plans, risks, and governance.
• Identify AI-powered tools and automate HR workflows.
• Prepare exec-ready dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with service center leads to align HR practices.
