• Define and execute enterprise HR AI Enablement and Automation strategy.
• Lead a team to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven capabilities across Hire-to-Retire.
• Partner with HR, IT, Digital Product Managers and leaders to design employee-centric digital experiences.
• Establish an AI governance framework ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI.
• Track KPIs and outcomes to measure program success and business impact.
