Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years leading digital transformation or HR technology projects.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation strategies.
- Experience deploying generative AI, conversational AI, ML, intelligent automation, or related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise HR AI Enablement and Automation strategy.
- Lead a team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-driven capabilities and automation across Hire-to-Retire.
- Partner with HR, IT, Digital Product Managers, and business leaders to design and deliver employee-centric digital experiences.
