Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an Analyst – HR Operations to support the Talent Acquisition Team. Under minimal supervision, you’ll handle new hire paperwork, initiate and adjudicate background checks and drug screenings, ensuring accurate setup and timely payroll for new hires.

You’ll work across HR platforms, improve the onboarding experience, educate employees and partners on policies, and help meet deadlines in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Having the know-how you’ll need to be the go-to person; from the job posting process; through hiring and on-boarding; by educating employees, HR partners, and managers on company/local policies and procedures.
• As a trailblazer and breaking new ground you’ll operate across multiple HR platforms and develop innovative ways to enhance our on-boarding experience.
