Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. You will ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and handling sensitive information, with strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR operations and end-to-end recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Experience handling HR documentation and policy implementation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure processes are implemented efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower and priorities with department heads.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Handle employee relations and guide based on policies and labor regulations.
• Address concerns, disciplinary matters, and other HR cases.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and company guidelines.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and reports.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and updates on recruitment and employee relations.
