Job summary

UERM Memorial Medical Center is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and employee relations. The role includes guiding the HR team, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and resolving employee concerns to maintain a productive workplace.

The successful candidate will have 4–6 years of HR experience (1–2 years in supervision), strong knowledge of labor law, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience, supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and disciplinary procedures.
• Proven team leadership and sound decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower planning with department heads.
• Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage disciplinary cases from investigation to sanctions.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Handle escalated employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
