Job summary

JustCo, a leading flexible workspace platform in Asia Pacific, is seeking an HR Operations/Payroll professional in Manila. You will manage payroll inputs, maintain employee records, and ensure data accuracy while handling benefits, leave, and statutory compliance.

You will also support HR reporting, system rules in HRIS, and confidentiality of all payroll information, contributing to smooth HR operations and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR administration, leave and benefits administration.
• Good working knowledge of HRIS / payroll systems, with experience maintaining employee data and system rules.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to manage deadlines and high-volume HR transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit timely and accurate payroll inputs (e.g., overtime, bonuses, attendance) to payroll vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, including new hires, transfers, and exits.
