Horizon Auto Services Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day HR activities across our dealership network in Metro Manila.

You will ensure policy implementation, labor-law compliance, accurate employee records, payroll and benefits administration, and on-site support at the Las Piñas branch with travel to other locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant HR Operations exposure
• 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements
• Willingness to work a six-day workweek and report on-site at Las Piñas branch (270 Real Street, Talon Dos, Las Piñas, Metro Manila)
• Willingness to provide HR business partnership across Metro Manila locations and other regions
• Valid driver's license is a plus
