Job summary

You will work with the HR Director to implement operational HR strategy, ensure legal compliance, and produce accurate policy documentation and reporting across the department.

• Manage employee relations including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and labor law compliance.
• Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, and government-mandated benefits compliance.
• Supervise general HR administration (excluding records management): policy implementation, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with HR Director on operational HR strategy and issue escalation.
